The deadline for the application is end of day (JST) January 18th (Sun), 2026.

Please make your application through the below form or application form.

If we receive a large number of applications, we will employ a selection process to decide upon the final exhibitor pool. Making an application does not guarantee your participation in Pages.

Be aware that the fair committee will not respond to any inquiries regarding application or selection results.

Make sure to not publicly announce your participation in the Fair until after you receive our official notice of participation via email.

We will inform you the result until February 10th (Tue), 2026.

Important Notes for Exhibitors

The publications and/or printed editions to be presented at the fair must be related to art. You may also include items such as T-shirts and stickers for sale.
You must perform the loading and unloading of your own wares. Your booth must be attended by you or your staff members at all times through the duration of the Fair.
We are unable to lend any power outlets for exhibitor booths. Thank you for your understanding.
Those hoping to process credit card payments should arrange to get their own mobile WiFi router or Pages cannot be held accountable for any theft or damages caused by exhibitors during the fair period.

A detailed text about your practice, the publications you plan to display at the fair, etc. Information here will be used for the selection purpose only and will not be made public.

13. Books to Be Introduced at Pages

Please tell us about the art books, zines, or other printed materials you would like to present at Pages. Upcoming publications are also welcome. Feel free to include details such as the title, format, and content.

The information you enter in the Exhibitor’s Name, Website URL, Social Media and Bio/About Your Organization fields in your application will be made public in your exhibitor profile on our website and other publications.

FABF may, at its own discretion, suggest or present options to exhibit your booth in an Area different than the one you applied for.
